From the moment a bride steps into my studio, I want her to feel calm, cared for, and excited to see her dress come to life. I discovered my love for bridal and formal wear alterations in 2013 and have spent the years since honing my skills in fit, proportion, and intricate detail.
Moving to the Kapiti Coast in 2016, I quickly realised there was a real need for specialised bridal services—a private, peaceful space where brides could feel completely at ease while their dream dress came to life.
Having planned my own wedding in 2017, I know firsthand how overwhelming wedding preparations can be. That experience gives me a deep understanding of what it means to feel supported and stress-free during the alterations process.
In 2020, I finally brought my vision to life with Emma Jayne Bridal. Today, my studio is a haven for brides seeking meticulous alterations, expert guidance, and a truly personalised experience. I focus on fitting your dress to your body, not your body to your dress, offering as many fittings as needed to get every detail just right.
