Where do I start?

How do I pay?
I accept bank deposits, credit/debit card online or cash payments. No Eftpos available.
After your consultation or first fitting, I will email your estimate to you, and a 25% deposit will be required before commencing alterations.
The outstanding amount is due before you take your dress away.
How much does it cost?
The cost can vary greatly depending on the job. Come and see me for a Free Consultation and I will be able to provide you with an estimate of your alteration costs.
My wedding is in a couple of weeks and my dress doesn't fit.. HELP!!!

Do I need an appointment?
Ideally, yes. Although I am regularly in my studio Tuesday to Friday 10am-2.30pm and Sunday 10am-5pm, it is best to book an appointment to guarantee I'm available to see you. If you show up without an appointment, I may not be available at that time.
Do you make dresses?
Sometimes!
I carry out all the work on my own, so I can get very busy with alterations alone, but I can sometimes take on bespoke design and dressmaking jobs too. Please Get in Touch very early on if you would like something made. Please note that made to measure and Bespoke garments generally cost a lot more than ready to wear. Do you do general clothing alterations?
Bridal and Formal Wear is my top priority from September through to March, however during my off-season between May through to July I have space to accept general alterations also, so that's the time to come and see me to hem those pants or repair your jacket zip! I am experienced in all aspects of clothing alterations, with my specialty being Wedding Dresses.
What are your open hours?
I am open by appointment only.
My go-to days are Tuesday to Friday 10am-2.30pm and Sunday 10am-5pm.
