Steaming & On-Site Wedding Day Support
From final steam to on-the-day support
Your gown can fit perfectly and still arrive at your wedding looking like it’s been folded, transported, and wrestled into a garment bag (because… it has).

Whether you simply need professional steaming, or would like expert support on the day, these services ensure your dress looks beautiful, moves properly, and is handled with care.

(Me 10 years ago at my sisters wedding doing an emergency repair when her dress ripped during photos!)

Bridal Steaming (In-Studio)
Wedding gowns crease during storage and transport — even when you’ve done everything “right.” Professional steaming restores the fabric’s movement so your dress hangs beautifully and photographs the way it’s meant to.

Bridal Steaming from $100

Steaming is charged based on the time required. Most gowns take 1–3 hours, depending on fabric and layers (hello, tulle).

Bridal party garments can also be steamed from $50 per outfit.

How it works

• Drop your gown to my studio in advance
• I steam it thoroughly and allow time for the fabric to settle
• You collect it ready to go

Delivery may be available by arrangement.
Please enquire with your venue location and timing if this is something you require.

Important: Collect your gown the day before or morning of your wedding where possible. Once home or at your venue, hang it out of the garment bag as soon as you arrive — otherwise creases can return.

Wedding Morning Dressing Support (On-Site)

For brides who would like calm, expert help getting into their gown — especially if your dress has tricky buttons, corsetry, sleeves, or a detailed bustle.
This service is designed to support you and your bridal party, not replace them. Your mum or bridesmaids can absolutely still be part of the moment — I simply ensure the gown is handled correctly and sits exactly as it should.

On-site dressing support from $400

May include:
• Professional steam and delivery, with light on-site touch-ups if needed
• Assisting you into the gown correctly (buttons, zips, corsetry, sleeves)
• Securing your veil
• Fluffing and positioning the train for photos
• Briefing your bridal party on how your bustle works

No stress. No rushing. No “why won’t this zip go up?!” moments.

Reception Bustle & Reset

A bustle should follow the original silhouette of your gown and stay secure — not twist the skirt into a lumpy mess or pop off the second you sit down.

If you’d prefer not to leave it to guesswork, I can attend at a scheduled time before your reception to:

• Fasten the bustle correctly
• Tidy minor marks or movement creasing
• Ensure you’re comfortable and photo-ready for the evening

Bustle & reset support is quoted based on location and timing.

Travel & Availability

On-site services are limited and subject to date, location, and existing bookings.
If you’re considering on-site support, please enquire early — particularly for peak wedding months.
