Brides: Allow 8–10 weeks for alterations. We recommend booking this 6-12 months in advance, especially if you are getting married between January and March!

Special Occasion Alterations
Ball dress, bridesmaids dress, evening dress, etc.
Service Description
For all your special occasion alteration needs. Whether its a bridesmaid dress, ball dress, evening dress or any other kind of special occasion attire that needs altering or repairing. We charge a $25 booking fee which goes towards the final cost of your alterations. This is non-refundable for late cancellations and no-shows. Please note - even though there may be an appointment slot available on our calendar, this does not necessarily mean we have space to fit your alterations into our schedule. Your booking fee will be refunded if we cannot accommodate your request.
Cancellation Policy
Booking fees: This small fee will go towards the total cost of your alterations. ($30 for Bridal Alterations and $25 for General Alterations). The booking fee is refundable if your appointment is cancelled with reasonable notice. Cancellations: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a $30 fee for late cancellations and no-shows. Late Arrivals: Arrivals over 15 minutes late without prior notice may need rescheduling. Rescheduling: Inform us at least 24 hours in advance to secure a new slot. We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. Please inform us promptly to discuss alternatives.
